Bridget K. Burke is Chief Business Officer at Slone Partners, a position that reflects the company’s commitment to long-term business planning and growth. In her role, Bridget is responsible for leading, developing, and managing client development opportunities that result in active search engagements and long-term partnerships.

An accomplished business leader and fundraiser with more than 20 years of experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, Bridget is an integral part of the Slone Partners’ leadership team, where she helps define the strategies designed to elevate and expand the company’s business portfolio.
 
Before joining Slone Partners, Bridget was Principal at Acertitude, Private Equity Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice Group, where she led execution on full life cycle national talent searches to identify C-suite professionals in private equity firms’ portfolio companies. Prior to that, Burke was Principal at ZRG Partners, a global executive search firm, after serving a four-year stretch at The Angeletti Group, where she was the lead client manager to educational institutions, hospitals, and religious and community organizations, providing a range of philanthropic counsel. Earlier in her career, Bridget was a Major Gift Officer at Drew University and Director of Parent Programs at Brooks School, a college preparatory school in North Andover, Massachusetts. She also has legal experience, having founded her own law firm, and having served as a tax specialist.
 
A Massachusetts native and lifetime Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics, and Bruins fan, Bridget received her B.A. in Government from Skidmore College and her J.D. from Boston College Law School.
