Tom has 25 years of experience in revenue cycle management for laboratories. Starting his career in software development, he designed and developed systems and reporting tools to manage reimbursement processes. Tom then moved into managing reimbursement for independent laboratories in the personalized medicine space. He has experience implementing solutions for laboratories with newly commercialized tests, as well as high-volume hospital reference laboratories. Tom currently consults with laboratories on reimbursement best practices and industry changes and manages a Business Intelligence team that uses analytics to gain insights into reimbursement trends across Quadax’s revenue cycle lines of business.
