Silka has over 20 years of experience in clinical laboratory management, specializing in regulatory compliance and high-quality diagnostics. Before joining Accumen Strategic Advisory Services in 2020, she was a Laboratory Operations Manager at Children’s Hospital Colorado, focusing on process improvement and point-of-care testing. She also held roles at Centura Health, overseeing a 17-hospital network. Silka holds a Bachelor’s in Biology from California State University, San Bernardino, and is a certified Medical Laboratory Scientist by AMT. Additionally, she volunteers as President of the Association of Diagnostic and Laboratory Medicine’s Point-of-Care Testing Certification Board.
