Sheila is a senior executive with more than 35 years’ experience in education, professional regulation, and consulting. With clients across Canada, in Africa and Asia, she has advised, trained and aided laboratories to achieve accreditation. She is skilled in business case analysis, strategic planning, policy and process analysis, and restructuring for improvement. Recognized as a leader in her field and an authority on quality management systems, Sheila serves as the Convenor (Chair) of ISO TC212 WG1 Quality and competence in the medical laboratory and was Project Leader for the revision of ISO 15189:2022.
