Patrick Walsh joined Ziegler’s healthcare investment banking team in 2015. He specializes in M&A and capital-raising engagements for clients in the laboratory and pharma services sectors. He has prior HCIB tenure at Shattuck Hammond Partners and SunTrust (now Truist).
Prior to Ziegler, Patrick spent six years at American Pathology Partners, a venture-backed pathology platform. He developed and managed much of the company’s analytical infrastructure related to revenue recognition, revenue cycle, and financial, operational and sales reporting. In addition, Patrick was responsible for acquisition due diligence.
Patrick holds an M.B.A from Vanderbilt University and a BA from the University of Virginia.
