Marci Dop is a laboratory management professional with 25+ years of experience in health system operations and IT. She previously served as System Vice President of Laboratory and Support Services for a large Ohio Health System. While there, she was instrumental in the formation of a laboratory outreach program and for the integration of laboratory IT for all hospital acquisitions. She’s managed multiple system implementations, hospital integrations and physician practice acquisitions. An expert in process improvement, she also migrated all her areas of responsibility to “system” structures that supported all health system facilities and developed unique training programs for staff.
