Marci Dop, MT, MBA, is a laboratory management professional with more than 25 years of experience in health system operations and IT. She has received numerous awards for excellence and innovation. She previously served as the System Vice President of Laboratory and Support Services for a large Ohio Health System. While there, she was instrumental in the formation of a laboratory outreach program and for the integration of laboratory IT for all hospital acquisitions. She has managed multiple system implementations, hospital integrations and physician practice acquisitions. An expert in process improvement, she also successfully migrated all her areas of responsibility to “system” structures that supported all health system facilities and developed unique training programs for staff to enhance operations.
