Linda McHale holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology. In 2006, she achieved the Certified Professional in Healthcare Management Systems from HIMSS. She previously held various roles at ThedaCare in Appleton WI, an organization who was a pioneer in the use of LEAN in healthcare. In 2017, she joined Catalysis connecting healthcare organizations on process improvement journeys to learn from each other.
In 2019, she joined Atrium Health (Advocate Health) as the Assistant Vice President of Lab Operations. Today she is responsible for the Core Laboratory and Anatomic Pathology in the Charlotte Market.
