Karen McFadden is an award-winning Senior Vice President with deep knowledge of the laboratory, Managed Care and healthcare business. She brings over four decades of extensive experience and leadership that includes Managed Care strategy, contract negotiation, business development, revenue cycle management, new technology coverage policy, sales and marketing. She has held a myriad of leadership roles with increasing responsibilities at Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (Labcorp – NYSE: LH). Labcorp is a Fortune 500 company that operates one of the largest clinical laboratory networks world-wide, with a U.S. network of 36 primary laboratories, more than 70,000 employees, and $16 billion in revenue.
Over the years as a Senior Vice President, Managed Care, Karen established powerful partnerships with the company’s most important Managed Care clients and drove the strategic relationships with Cigna, Humana, Aetna, United, Anthem, Centene, Health Net, WellCare, TRICARE and the Blues.
Although retired, Karen continues to serve as consultant and advisor for major clients, lab industry companies and the development of women business leaders.
