John represents public and private businesses in a wide range of corporate issues including strategic mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex commercial transactions, both domestically and internationally. He does substantial work with clients in the health care and life sciences industries, including health care providers, technology companies, and industry leading global corporations.
His work has involved numerous transactions in the life sciences space. John guides clients through the complex health care regulatory environment, providing compliance advice and negotiating managed care contracts and other agreements. He also assists domestic and foreign businesses in cross border transactions.
