Joe’s mission is to help proven leaders become powerful co-creators through Lean deployment and coaching. This approach has served him well in clinical laboratories and lab outreach, and even in manufacturing, consulting, and ministry. The dynamic waters of change management, cost reduction, and growth planning are areas of speciality. Joe has a unique expertise in Lean lab design, Lean cost reduction, and lab outreach growth. He has worked alongside front line techs to build two labs from the “inside-out” using lean process design. He has held leadership roles at Cleveland Clinic and now Bronson labs, among other industries.
