Graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, and has >35 years of experience in the clinical laboratory setting including Medical Technology, Information Technology and Laboratory Leadership. Frank has been with Inova Health Systems for 26 years in various roles and in his current position oversees the operations and technology nuances for 14 laboratories in both the hospital and free standing Emergency Departments, as well as a Centralized Laboratory with centralized testing and Outreach services. Inova has been working with Ellkay since 2015 as both a stand-alone application and on a number of EMR integrations.
