Eric Carbonneau is the Chief Operating Officer of TriCore, where he oversees strategy implementation and day to day operations of all TriCore laboratories, TriCore’s Research Institute, as well as the customer relations, sales, project management and information technology divisions. Mr. Carbonneau inspires and facilitates excellence by providing the vision, leadership, and innovation necessary to ensure operational controls, administrative procedures, and personnel are in place to effectively sustain and grow the enterprise. While engaging employees to drive excellence in patient care, he champions Lean Six Sigma, the fact-based data-driven philosophy of continuous improvement which values prevention over defect detection.
