David assists labs with regulatory compliance advice to navigate federal and state fraud and abuse laws, Medicare and Medicaid requirements, and CLIA and state licensure rules. David’s team also guides clients through lab-related mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and routine contract negotiations. Likewise, David and his colleagues help their lab clients respond to criminal and civil healthcare fraud investigations and payer disputes.
