A Lean Coach and consultant, Dan has implemented Lean and Agile at a multitude of customers including Toyota at their Headquarters in Texas during their agile transformation.
With over 9 years professional experience consulting and conducting training with vast customers throughout the world. Dan has implemented projects in many different sectors including: Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transportation, Medical Devices, Banking, as well as Insurance Services and Healthcare.
In 2022 Dan served as Plant Manager for a manufacturing company during an organizational transformation for a steel company in Maryland.
He co-authored the books LEAN Leadership BASICS®, One-Piece Flow vs. Batching, and The BASICS Lean® Implementation Model and three additional books to be published over the next few years. He is also certified as a coach for the Lean Leadership Institute, is a certified Harada Instructor, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) professional, and a Toyota Certified Scrum Master and Trainer.
Dan holds a BA degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, Virginia May 2009
