Curtiss McNair
Curtiss is the VP/GM of AON’s laboratory and pathology services. Curtiss’ vast experience in training and supervising teams, his experience in quality management to ensure quality outcomes and patient focus is what sets him apart from other leaders. Prior to AON Curtiss served as the East Division Laboratory Director managing the inpatient clinical and pathology laboratory testing for nine hospitals consisting of two women’s hospitals and a children’s hospital for BayCare Health System in Tampa, FL. He began his laboratory career while serving in the U.S. Army as a Medical Laboratory Specialist. Curtiss has also worked in other roles as Manager of the Bone Marrow Transplant Research Laboratory at the University of Rochester Medical Center, a Scientist at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics and as a Senior Laboratory Manager at DaVita Labs in Deland, FL. Curtiss received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Victory University, a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Piedmont International University, an MBA from Ashford University and is currently a PhD candidate at Carolina University specializing in Organizational Leadership.
