Brandon Effle, Vice President, RCM Customer Engagement, is responsible for the onboarding and implementation for TELCOR RCM and RCS customers. In his 10 years with TELCOR, he has completed hundreds of workflow analyses and found ways to streamline the billing process for customers to ensure they are achieving their ROI. While managing the Customer Engagement team, he has defined effective strategy and staffing procedures to successfully balance customer implementations with the TELCOR solution. With more than 20 years of implementation and customer engagement experience, Effle understands the importance of identifying complexities in an organization and adapting solutions to fit the needs of customers. Effle graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
