My One Medical Source (MOMS)
Westlake, OH

Established healthcare executive with experience building and leading commercial teams, and developing innovative initiatives for strategic growth. Early success in pharmaceutical sales led to promotion to product management, and through this achievement led to an opportunity in diagnostics. Through this experience and passion for being involved in startups, led to being involved with being part of the team that started Cleveland HeartLab.

As Cleveland HeartLab’s initial VP of Sales & Marketing, it was necessary to also lead the commercial sales team’s need for compliance in specimen collections. Through this role and involvement in activating other labs with the CHL proprietary testing that the need for greater access to specimen collections was identified. Starting a technology platform named Phluber, the Uber of Phlebotomy, led to an introduction to Iggbo where their need for a VP of Business Development led to involvement of building a solution to help mobilize labor to help labs address their phlebotomy needs.

After a few years of trying to help build Iggbo, later Workpath, the realization that a more economical and scalable solution existed which led to the development of My One Medical Source (MOMS). Using existing facilities who already perform specimen collections and activating them onto the MOMS platform was the first step towards the solution. Creating the ability to connect with these locations (MAPs) in a manner that met Anti-Kickback Statutes is what allowed MOMS to attract and activate innovative, independent labs who need a patient service center solution without the major investment.

MOMS innovative solution provides the agreements, scheduling, reporting, messaging, automation of invoicing and collection of payments, while delivering the needed details and instructions for a quality collection for shipment back to the lab. MOMS was designed to deliver compliance, convenience and efficiencies needed for labs to succeed while controlling costs.
