Jennifer is a Senior Director of Global Precision Diagnostics at Novartis. She works on both oncology and general medicine assets, defining and shaping commercial diagnostic strategies from development through use in the clinic. Prior to her role at Novartis, Jennifer led the architecture of Labcorp Oncology and Miraca Life Sciences pharma services and diagnostic commercialization programs and has consulted several companies and laboratories on establishing their pharma services programs. Jennifer has worked on several innovative laboratory initiatives, including digital pathology and data, with a focus on leveraging innovation to change the practice of medicine. She believes laboratories are positioned to have a much greater impact to patient care than recognized by many therapeutic companies. Jennifer lives in the United States with her best friend and their children.
