Tara Kochis serves as President of Slone Partners and Wolf Hill Group, a Slone Partners Company, premier executive search firms for life sciences and cybersecurity. In that role, Tara drives business development strategies, creating strong partnerships with new clients and strengthening relationships with existing clients. She joined Slone Partners in 2004, bringing more than ten years of healthcare experience working with industry leaders like VERSYSS, American Medical Laboratories, and Quest Diagnostics.
Before healthcare, Tara recruited executive and management talent in the banking and finance sector. Her executive abilities and business acumen have been instrumental in building Slone Partners and Wolf Hill Group into the successful companies they are today.
Tara is a frequent panelist and speaker at industry conferences and a member of select industry committees, activities that provide continuing opportunities to expand Slone Partners’ and Wolf Hill Group’s knowledge and expertise in the industries we serve.
Tara graduated cum laude from Boston College, receiving a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
