As a Laboratory Revenue Cycle Subject Matter Expert, Tim Langford brings experience from over 35 years of workflow and process management and consulting roles. The last 19 years have been directly related to Laboratory Revenue Cycle.
Currently, as Director of Billing, Clinical Dx US, National Diagnostics Service Center at Eurofins, Tim is transforming the Billing landscape by implementing a pan-clinical Revenue Cycle solution while building a Central Billing Office aimed at future growth.
Prior, Tim created the Billing Team at Boston Scientific Pathology, increasing time to cash and productivity while reducing labor costs through the adoption of automation.
At XiFin Inc., Tim closely participated in the Implementation of 18 XiFin Clients and maintained a management relationship with 22 long-term Clients. Via his role as Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Strategy, Tim successfully coordinated and produced the pre-live training for a large Client employing over 435 in the Central Billing Office, in addition to consulting work with 32 other labs.
