Rita D’Angelo is an internationally recognized expert in process improvement and Lean production systems. For over a decade, Dr. D’Angelo has trained and certified thousands of healthcare professionals in Lean management and through consulting has assisted to improve the efficiency of health care facilities. Rita has founded Laboratory Learning Solutions, an educational platform that offers courses and certificate programs for continuing education or skill enhancement. Rita is the founder of D’Angelo Advantage Consulting and serves as faculty at Villanova University in the College of Professional Studies.
D’Angelo holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering, master’s degree in
health administration, certification in Lean production and American Society for Quality, Six Sigma Black Belt and Quality Engineer.
