Merve Ozkus is the Chief Information Officer for BioReference and brings nearly 15 years of IT technology experience & progressive thought leadership to the organization. As the CIO, she is responsible for the company’s IT and computer systems and end user compute. Merve provides leadership in technology operations and strategy while ensuring an innovative, robust, scalable and secure technology ecosystem at BioReference.
The primary responsibilities for her office include IT Governance & Portfolio Management, Technology Infrastructure & Operations Services, Customer Connectivity and EMR Solutions, Product Management and Software Development, as well as Lab Information Systems management.
Merve is ITIL and Scrum certified, holding an MBA from Montclair State University along with a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences and Geography from Rutgers University.
In 2023, Merve was named a Top 10 CIO in the Healthcare Sector by Healthcare Digital.
