Jon Harol is the President and Founder of Lighthouse Lab Services. He founded LLS as a Medical Laboratory Recruiting and Staffing firm in 2003 and has expanded the company’s services to its current comprehensive portfolio of clinical laboratory consulting offerings. Lighthouse Lab Services is now comprised of 150 lab professionals servicing CLIA laboratories nationwide with its LIS software, Medical Lab Director Program, Clinical Validation Services, new lab startup program and more. Jon is an entrepreneur by nature that has founded several successful companies in the clinical laboratory space and beyond.
