John has progressively driven services and products at hc1 from start to finish along with a dedicated team. Now as Sr. Product Director, John’s responsibilities focus on product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle.
John holds a B.A. in Biology and Chemistry and M.S. in Biology and over twenty-years in healthcare. His areas of expertise encompass clinical testing, laboratory operations, data integrations, CRM, workflow development, and patient care journey. His experience as a laboratory scientist and his role in clinical workflow development, elevate John’s insights into what labs struggle with in today’s market.
