Christy Nickel serves as the Laboratory Director at Bryan Medical Center, where she oversees multiple laboratories across Nebraska. With over two decades of experience in laboratory leadership, she is committed to ensuring quality, patient safety, and the implementation of innovative laboratory services.
Christy is a fervent advocate for laboratory professionals, actively participating in various ASCP committees and volunteering for CLSI. Celebrating 25 years of ASCP membership, she has held numerous leadership roles within the organization and currently serves on the Council of Laboratory Management and Administration (CLMA) and the Commission on Membership.
