Don Rule
Don has had a varied career in information technology as Director of IT in a division of Dun & Bradstreet and then 14 years in program management at Microsoft. After working in Internet, security, and real-time communications groups, he became interested in the potential of software to improve human health. Inspired by several bioinformatics courses at Stanford, Don created the first bioinformatics position at Microsoft and went on to found Translational Software in 2009 with the mission to democratize precision medicine.
