As Director of Projects and Development for HBP Financial Services Group, Allegra focuses on growth strategies and long-term planning and manages select client consultations. She also serves as Executive Director of the Panel of National Pathology Leaders, a “think tank” advancing innovation in pathology and laboratory medicine. Before that, she spent 6 years in Iraq as COO of an international staffing firm and Development Director for a local contracting company, acquiring over $5 million in new business. Allegra received her Bachelor’s from Harvard and her MBA from University of Connecticut, where she was inducted into the Alumni Hall of Fame.
