Ryan Fortna

Avero Diagnostics
Dr. Fortna has served as the President of Avero Diagnostics, formerly Northwest Pathology, and is now the Regional Managing Director for the Northwest region of Versant Diagnostics.
He has led the company through many phases and changes in his 15 years with the organization and has worked closely with the business leadership team.
In addition to his leadership roles, he practices Dermatopathology and general Anatomic Pathology, with a special interest in molecular diagnostics. His medical and scientific training were at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Michigan.
The 31st Annual Executive War College will be held April 28-29, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel New Orleans.
