Andrew focuses his practice on health care transactional matters and regulatory compliance. Andrew counsels clients across the country with respect to health care fraud and abuse issues related to state and federal anti-kickback and physician self-referral laws, physician entity structuring, licensure matters and corporate practice of medicine prohibitions.

Andrew’s transactional practice includes buy and sell side representation with respect to healthcare transactions, private equity transactions, and day-to-day corporate matters including, advising directors, officers and executives, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents with respect to equity transactions, employment agreements, organizational documents and service agreements.
